Parking
Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency entrance at 265 Peachtree Street downtown.  Valet cost at hotel is $9.00. There will be a table set-up outside of the Grand Hall (where everyone has to go to register) for anyone who wants to prepay from 5:30-7:00pm.

NOTE: There are approximately 450 spaces available to us at the Hyatt. Once capacity is reached, the valets will be directing people to close-by garages on Baker Street. These lots will still honor the $9.00 fee and are prepay. Guests who must park here can either choose to walk the two blocks back or the Hyatt will be providing a shuttle for them, as well as a shuttle to return at the end of the evening.

Ballroom Location
The cocktail reception, Silent Auction and Dinner are in the ballrooms downstairs. Upon entering the hotel at the street level (near hotel registration), proceed down the escalator to the Ballroom area to check-in. There will be volunteers all around the entrance to guide your way.

Check-In
No hard copy tickets are issued. All guests should proceed to the Check-in area downstairs and simply give their names to one of the volunteers. Guests will receive a Silent Auction program book and their assigned table number. We recommend that guests arrive between 6:00 – 6:30 to have ample time to check-in and enjoy the reception and Silent Auction before dinner.

Auction
Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process. You will be assigned both your table number and a silent auction bidder number upon registration. In order to expedite the check-out process, you will be asked to pre-register a credit card during check-in. We strongly encourage this for the following reasons:

  • Quicker silent auction check-out. No standing in line to pay!
  • Nothing will be charged on the card if the guest does not win any items.
  • The credit card info is stored only until the charge is completed; then securely destroyed.

Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, volunteers will begin delivering invoices to the tables of winning bidders. If you have pre-registered your credit card, winning bidders will have a green sheet attached to your invoice. Upon completion of the program, you may proceed directly to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items. If you are a winning bidder, but did not pre-register your card, you will have a red sheet attached to your invoice. You must proceed to the silent auction check-out area to pay for your items before you can pick them up.

Auction items this year include:

  • $5,000 shopping spree & The Comfortable home Package valued at $2,500.00 – Provided by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. 
  • Two Business Elite tickets to any destination – Provided by Delta Airlines. Valued at $16,000.
  • Olivia Caribbean Sun Cruise  - retail valued at $6,000.00, October 30 – November 6.
  • Over $50,000.00 in merchandise in high-end home goods at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center – Provided by Smith Grubbs & Associates.

Over $200,000 in retail value is available in the Live and Silent Auctions.  Bring your credit cards!

Dinner Seating
Guests will be given an assigned table number at check-in. Volunteers will assist guests in locating their tables in the ballroom. The program is scheduled to begin promptly at 7:30 pm.

We recommend that guests be seated in the ballroom by 7:25 pm.

Attire
Black-tie encouraged. A wide range of festive attire is appropriate.

Extra Wine
4 bottles of wine are provided at each table (2 white, 2 red). Additional bottles of wine and champagne are available for purchase before and during Dinner.

Karaoke After Party, 10pm - midnight – Continue the fun with our Karaoke party
at the Hyatt’s Avanzare restaurant, across from the ballroom.
