Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency entrance, 265 Peachtree Street NE in downtown Atlanta. Valet cost for the event is $11 and $32 for overnight. There will be a table next to the registration booth for guests who want to prepay from 5:00-7:00 PM.

NOTE: There are limited spaces available to us at the Hyatt. Once capacity is reached, the valets will be directing people to nearby garages. The parking rates for SunTrust Plaza next door are $1.00 the first hour and goes up with each additional hour to $20.00 for the day. The Hyatt will run continous, complimentary shuttles between the hotel and the Southern Company parking deck on Ivan Allen Boulevard for guests who arrive after the Hyatt garage fills.  The next closest garage is at the Peachtree Center Parking Garage (221 Peachtree Center Ave NE) – the rate is $16.00 per day. It is NOT recommended that guests park in an open, surface lot.

Uber is offering all of our guests a $15 discount to and from the Hyatt Regency  Simply enter the code "HRCATL" and you will be credited the amount.

Ballroom Location

The cocktail reception, silent auction and dinner are in the ballrooms downstairs. Upon entering the hotel at the Peachtree Street entrance, proceed down the escalator to the ballroom area to register. There will be volunteers next to the entrance to guide your way.

Registration

No hard copy tickets are issued. All guests should proceed to the registration area downstairs and simply give their names to one of the registration volunteers. Guests will receive a BidPal iPod touch device to make their silent auction bids, as well as their assigned table number. We recommend that guests arrive between 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM to have ample time to register and enjoy the reception and silent auction before dinner. VIP guests may arrive as early as 4:45 PM.

Silent Auction:

You can scope out over $200,000 worth of merchandise to be ready to bid once you arrive! Here is the list.

Dinner guests will enjoy a one-stop check-in process. You will be assigned both your table number and a silent auction bidder number upon registration. In order to expedite the check-out process, you will be asked to pre-register a credit card during check-in. We strongly encourage this for the following reasons:

  • Quicker silent auction check-out. No standing in line to pay!
  • Nothing will be charged on the card if the guest isn’t the successful bidder on any items.
  • The credit card info is stored only until the charge is completed; then securely destroyed.

Approximately 30 minutes after the close of the silent auction, you will be notified via the BidPal device if you are the winning bidder on any items. A receipt will also be delivered to you at your table. You will need this to pick up your items. Upon completion of the program, you may proceed directly to the silent auction pick-up area to claim your items.

Dinner Seating

Guests will be given an assigned table number at registration. Volunteers will assist guests in locating their tables in the ballroom. The program is scheduled to begin promptly at 7:15 PM. At 7:15 PM, the ballroom will go completely dark. As such, we recommend that guests be seated in the ballroom by 7:10 PM to be ready for the opening.

Attire

Black-tie encouraged. A wide range of festive attire is appropriate.

Extra Wine

Four bottles of wine are provided at each table (two white, two red). Additional bottles of wine and champagne are available for purchase before and during dinner. The wine vendor will be located immediately outside of the dinner ballroom.

After Party

Don't miss the after party from 10pm to 1am in the Hyatt's Regency Ballroom, featuring music by DJ Travis Roache, a photo booth, and an ice luge sponsored Kettle One.
